2026-2029 Strategic Plan
The Parliamentary Protective Service’s 2026-2029 Strategic Plan outlines the organization’s strategic direction and priorities for the years ahead. Built on a commitment to protecting Canada’s Parliament in a safe, secure, and open environment, the plan focuses on four strategic priorities: Protection, Workforce, Partnerships, and Workplace.
The plan reflects PPS’s vision to work as one team committed to operational and people-driven excellence and strong partnerships in support of Canada’s democracy.
2021-2024 Strategic Plan – People-Driven Excellence
The Parliamentary Protective Service (the Service) completed its three-year strategic planning process. Thanks to the participation and contributions of several employees and teams from across the Service, we are pleased to share our reconfirmed foundations and new priorities in the form of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan.
